Sign In Problems - Frequently Asked Questions

1. I keep getting knocked back out to the Sign In page, every time I try to click something in the Toolbox!

You have to enable Cookies for your browser. The Toolbox won't work until you enable Cookies.

If you are a Microsoft Internet Explorer user:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click Tools

3. Click Internet Options

4. Click Privacy Tab

5. Click Advanced button

6. Check the box that says "Overide Automatic cookie handling

7. Check "Accept 1st party cookies", and check "Accept 3rd Party cookies"

8. Click "OK" button.

9. Now click "Apply" button in Internet Options window.

10. Click Security Tab at top of Internet Options window.

11. Set the slider to "Medium" and click "Apply"

12. Click Advanced Tab at the top of Internet Options window.

13. Click "Restore Defaults" button.

14. Click "Apply"

15. Now click "OK".

If you are a MAC or a Netscape user - you still have to make sure Cookies are enabled for your Browser.

2. I have forgotten my password!

Don't worry! Go to your Sign In page and click the "Help Me Sign In" link.

Now enter the Email address that you use to sign in to your website - i.e. the Registered Email address that you have set in "Profile & Preferences".

Your password will then be automatically sent to that registered Email address.

3. I requested my Password to be sent to me, but it never arrived!

If you are not using a REAL VALID Email address as the registered Email address for your website, then the "Help me remember my password" Email will never reach you - since the Email will be undeliverable.

In this case, you need to contact customerservice@cumulus9.com directly and we can send your password to you.
