1. How do I change my Website Title?

1. Click on the "Profile & Preferences" link in your Site Toolbox.

2. Simply enter a NEW website title in the "Website Title" field:

3. Finally hit the "Update" button at the bottom of the Profile & Preferences page:

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes when you change your Site Title, it may not display correctly on your Header Graphic of your site. This is a Browser Refresh issue. You need to re-load your browser cache. Here's how:

Whenever you see the Header Graphic looking wrong -- either not displaying your new site title or not displaying the graphic properly...

Just hit the Refresh Button on your Browser WHILE HOLDING DOWN "CTRL" key (or "OPTION" key if you are a Mac User) - and it should reload the page with the correct NEW header.

1. Click on the "Profile & Preferences" link in your Site Toolbox:

2. Simply enter a NEW web address in the "Web Address (URL)" field:

3. How do I change the Email Address that I use to Sign In to edit my website?

1. Click on the "Profile & Preferences" link in your Site Toolbox:

2. Enter a different Email address in the "Email Address" field towards the bottom of the Profile & Preferences page:

3. Finally hit the "Update" button

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes you will receive the following error message when you try to submit the form:

This means that there is another website on the network which is associated with the Email address that you are trying to change to. If this happens to you: please contact customerservice@cumulus9.com and explain that you are having this problem, and give the following details:
1) Your website URL
2) The registered Email address that you currently use to sign into your website.
3) The Email address that you are TRYING to change here.
