I deleted a File from my Downloads page, but the used webspace for my site has
not gone down. How do I permenantly delete a file?
You need to permenantly
delete the files from your File Library, not just the Downloads page.
Click to "Add a new
entry" to your Downloads page. When the File Library loads -- check the
files you want to permenantly delete -- and then click the "Delete"
button.
This will free up your space.
You need to use the same
approach with images in your Image Library.
