We have seen this issue before with the AOL browser and also the Compuserve browser.
If you are using one of these two browsers and you are getting this problem, please try the following:

First of all.... Open a new browser window and go directly to

http://mail.cumulus9.net:8100

Then try logging in to your Email --- i.e. bypass the Site Toolbox...

Secondly, try opening an Internet Explorer window -- WHILE you're connected with AOL/Compuserve. You should then be able to browse the internet in that Internet Explorer window - seperately from AOL/Compuserve, but using the same dial-up connection.

In Internet Explorer go straight to http://mail.cumulus9.net:8100 and try logging in to your Email.

Also --- try Logging into Email, via the site admin Toolbox - as normal.... but IN Internet Explorer.

The question is -- do you get the same Error in Internet Explorer - as in AOL?

Also --- you'll probably want to use Outlook Express or Outlook to access your Email. This will save webspace - because you'll copy the Email locally on your Hard disk - which will remove it from the remote server.

"Account has been moved to a remote system"

Please help!

This error message occurs when you enter an invalid Email address into the Email address field of the sign in screen.

You need to enter your FULL Email address: For example: "yourname@ywamconnect.com". Enter the whole Email address exactly as you set it up originally.
