Cancelling/Deleting Your Site - Frequently Asked Questions

There are two methods for removing your site. The first one is to simply click on the "Cancel My Site" link in the top right corner of your screen. The other, longer method is described below:


1) Sign in to your Toolbox

2) Click "Switch Sites"

3) Select the checkbox next to your site name

4) Click on "Delete".

5) Finally, Click on "Yes, I'm Sure" to completely remove your site. Your site will be immediately deleted and all information will be gone. You will be charged one last time for the current month in which you cancelled.

Other fees may be due upon the cancellation of your site if you have a subscription with a yearly contract. These fees are outlined in section 6.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
